House of Ill Fame (Soundplus)?

Can anyone tell me if the Soundplus edition of House of Ill Fame is still available to buy anywhere on cd? It's the Canadian 2cd version I'm looking for.

I missed my chance to buy it once in 2008, and I've never seen it since. And yes, I know, it was limited edition, so I'm probably out of luck *sigh*

Is it the Live Cut CD you're after?

I can get a European version of just the live cut, but I had my heart set on the 2cd version of the album.
